Nature of Product
All products sold on Viji’s Recipe are digital recipe books (PDF format). Because these are downloadable digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
No Returns on Digital Products
Once a recipe PDF has been successfully delivered to your email or mobile number, the sale is considered final, and the product cannot be returned or exchanged, in line with standard practice for digital goods.
Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
You were charged but did not receive your purchased PDF due to a technical error on our end, and the issue could not be resolved after being reported to us.
A duplicate payment was made for the same order due to a payment gateway error.
To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at [Support Email] within [X days] of purchase, along with your order number and payment reference ID. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay within [X business days].
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after successful delivery of the PDF.
Inability to open or use the PDF due to issues on the customer’s device (we will assist with troubleshooting instead).
Failure to provide correct contact details at checkout.
